Primetimers is a group of people primarily age 55 and over. The group enjoys great Christian fellowship while being entertained and/or informed on topics of interest to the members. A few of our activities have included guest speakers regarding financial planning, estate planning, and shoe box stuffing. Probably the most popular activity is the Christmas Cookie Exchange. Most of the meetings include a delicious luncheon provided either by potluck or by one of the members.
The money collected in the offering is donated either to community organizations such as Salvation Army and Highway 80 Rescue Mission, or to a fund at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.
Primetimers meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 11:30 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. We will take a break during the summer months of June, July and August.
It is not mandatory to be a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in order to attend. All interested individuals are welcome. It is a great way to learn more about Our Saviour’s without being obligated.
